Non-Exclusive Contracts: Our Realtors contracts are non-exclusive in most cases (where available) so in the event the buyer comes with your marketing efforts you save even the buyers realtor's commission! |
Most realtors will list your home for sale on the MLS and charge a commission equal to a percentage of the sale price (e.g. 3% or $9,000 if your home sells for $300,000). This commission is above and beyond the commission you will pay the realtor who is representing the buyer (e.g. another 3% or $9,000). Thus costing you a total of 6%. With a flat rate MLS listing with us you only pay for the buyers realtor. Our affiliated brokers charge a flat rate of $499 and 0% listing commission - you save the rest. |
