referral fee and covers a Flat Rate MLS Listing by your local
Realtor. The MLS Listings are provided by local realtors in
your area and not by us. This is a not a solicitation if you
are already working with a Realtor. All our Realtor
partners are independently operated Real Estate Companies.
American Capital Realty, Inc is not liable for any errors or
omissions of it's independent affiliates providing final MLS
Listing services to you. Some Local Realtors outside Illinois
offer Listings with a time limit of 6 months and limit the
number of free MLS changes. Please see Local listing agreement
for details. The listing agreement of local realtor determines
final services provided.
By browsing our site
you understand our Terms of Service. A MLS Listing requires
payment of a commission to a buyers agent which you will
determine. In order to complete your listing you will be
required to complete a Flat Fee Listing Agreement provided to
by your listing agreement to your local
listing agent to list your property. You will also be required
to provide the listing agent property information. Your
agility in providing the same to them will determine how long
it takes to list your property. Prompt responses can result in
your property being listed on the MLS within 1- 2 business
days.
Fees
paid are
non-refundable after your home is entered into the MLS and/or
material including but not limited to signs and other supplies
has been shipped. There will be a cancellation fee of $50 if
you (the seller) decide - prior to your MLS Listing being
processed by your local Realtor, to not proceed with the MLS
listing. Other terms from local broker will apply. See listing
agreement in your area for details. You also agree that our
liability in all events is limited to the fee fee paid.
By
requesting a referral thru our website you also agree to be
bound by the terms of service of your MLS listing Agreement.
Listing on some website might not be available and be subject
to terms and condition of your Local MLS Board.
